Tehran
The capital of Iran which lies south of the Alborz chain with the surface of about 740 square kilometers and population of 12 million inhabitants, is the largest city in the region.
Tehran's climate is moderate; always sunny in summer with a temperature between 25 ° and 38 ° C. In winter most of the time it is sunny and the temperature is between -5 ° and 15 ° C.
Tehran's attractions are the National Museum of Iran, Saad Abad Palace, Golestan Palace, carpet museum, Tehran bazaar, the Tochal gondola (the Tochal piste of ski in winter) and the Milad Tower.
